[Résolu] [PS4.5] Licensed number of users already reached, alors que pas du tou

Bonjour à tous !

nous avons une ferme de 9 serveurs en PS 4.5.

7 serveurs ont pour vocation de faire tourner des bureau publié et 2 autres hébergent des applications plus spécifiques voir métier que nous publions sur les profils des utilisateurs concernés.

nous avons 584 licences installées

Depuis un peu plus d’une semaine, les utilisateurs appellent régulièrement pour nous signaler l’impossibilité de se connecter et le message suivant apparait

j’ai remarqué que le problème intervenait systématiquement quand nous avions atteint 284 licences utilisées et donc 300 licences de disponibles

J’ai également remarqué plusieurs erreurs dans de debug du serveur de licence (qui est en 4.5)

Et ce sont toujours les 3 mêmes erreurs qui reviennent et ils touchent tous les serveurs sans exception

j'ai retéléchargé tous mes fichiers de licences et les ai ré appliqué sur la ferme, j'ai bien sur redémarré les services de licence après. Le problème reste entier, c'est comme si mon serveur de licence ne pouvait pas distribuer ces 300 licences restantes.

Si vous avez une piste du coté de laquelle je pourrais regarder ?

Est-ce que tu as fait une mise à jour du serveur de licences avant d’installer les 300 licences ?

non, aucune mise à jour

et je n’ai pas installé les 300 licences à part, j’ai tout installé en même temps

j’ai récupéré sur myctrix, un fichier par licence acheté (enfin par groupe de licence)

je viens à nouveau de redémarrer le service de gestion des licence pour débloquer le problème … mais ca revient tous les 1/4 d’heure

Peux-tu poster tes fichiers de licence, en enlevant les ID et les infos perso (même si ton ip en dit pas mal ;))

Quelle est la version de ton serveur de licences ?

j'ai remarqué également que les SN dans les fichiers étaient de deux types

possible que cela viennent de là ?

Certains trouves des pièces ou des billets sous leur chaussure, moi j’ai trouvé 15 licences que j’avais pas récupéré j’ai donc 599 licences affichées dans mon serveur de licences mais j’ai toujours ce blocage à 300 licences restantes

Toutes les licences dont la date de validité est antérieure au 22/02/2007 , date de sortie de XenApp 4.5 ne sont pas utilisable.

Ensuite je te conseille d’upgrader ton serveur de licence dans la dernière version, car la version 11.3 est assez ancienne et la version 11.6.1 est conseillé/obligatoire si tu passes en HRP 5/6

donc ces licences sont à renouveller ou a retelecharger sur le portail MyCitrix :

Soit tes 300 licences inutilisables. Il te reste donc à mettre à jour tes licences (ce qui risque de couter cher vu le retard à rattraper + les pénalités), en racheter des nouvelles (je peux t’en vendre lol) ou les convertir en xendesktop via le trade-UP 2 pour 1.

vu qu’on est encore en janvier, je vous transmet tous mes voeux en cette nouvelle année

avant tout merci pour vos réponses qui m’ont permis d’être sur la bonne voix concernant ces licences brulées à cause de la date expirée du SA au moment de la sortie de la 4.5.

on a fait un trade up sur le nombre de licence qui nous fallait pour faire tourner la plateforme en attendant la migration en xendesktop prévue l’année prochaine.

depuis ce matin tout va mieux
