Nous rencontrons un gros problème ici.
Nous avons une ferme PS4 de 10 serveurs 2003 SP1, avec 240 licences.
Les utilisateurs n’arrivent plus à se connecter, ils ont le message d’erreur suivant :
Impossible de se connecter au serveur Metaframe, serveur citrix metaframe non disponible … Veuillez réessayer plus tard.
Je suis allé voir sur le serveur de licence, voici le résultat :
Citrix Presentation Server Enterprise Utilisateurs simultanés Détail 240 203 37 84,6 --> 203 utilisées sur les 240.
J’ai regardé le fichier lmgrd_debug.log, voici les dernières lignes :

Avez vous une idée de ce qu’il pourrait nous arriver ?
Nous avons le correctif PSF400W2K3R01 installé sur tous nos serveurs.
petite question ,
y at-il eu des opérations d’effectuées sur tes servs (serveur de licence, et autres citrix ?) avant que tu ne recontre ce problème ?
dans le cas ou aucune manip n’a été faites sur aucun de tes serv citrix, essaie de redémarrer les service de ton serv de licences.

Oui, j’ai déjà redémarrer Les 2 services de licence ( simple + wmi )
Je crois avoir ce problème depuis l’install de 3 nouveaux serveurs Metaframe
Peux tu svp refaire tes lhc. Tu peux le faire en prod, ca ne coupe les sessions.
C’est quoi mes lhc ?
Je suis en train de récupérer un seul fichier lic regroupant toutes mes licences
sur chaque serveur Metaframe tape ces commandes:
net stop /y imaservice
dsmaint recreatelhc
net start imaservice
net start "Citrix WMI Service"
net start "Citrix SMA Service"
